“Bills clinch 2022 AFC playoff win over Dolphins”

 ‘AFC Champions league’ With tonight’s thrilling 32-29 win over the Dolphins, the Buffalo Bills (11-3) have now officially clinched a playoff spot in the 2022 AFC playoffs. Despite trailing by eight points with less than two minutes to play, the Bills managed to complete an improbable comeback and avoided heartbreak at the hands of their division rivals. On the final play of regulation, an incredible Tyler Bass 25-yard field goal split the uprights and sealed the victory

The Bills’ accomplishments this season are impressive and noteworthy. This marks just the third time in franchise history that the Bills have reached the playoffs for four consecutive seasons, following their successes in 1963-1966 and 1988-1993. This is also the third straight season the team has achieved 11 or more wins, which is an incredible feat in the current landscape of the NFL.

Under McDermott’s leadership, the Bills have achieved a playoff berth in five of his first six seasons. This year, he has the chance to become the first current NFL head coach to lead his team to the playoffs in each of the last four seasons. Chiefs head coach Andy Reid and Titans head coach Mike Vrabel will join McDermott if they manage to clinch playoff spots of their own. McDermott’s consistent success is a reflection of his leadership, as well as the Bills players’ commitment and resilience.

The Bills have certainly looked impressive this season. They jumped out to an impressive 5-1 start and have managed to win five of their last six games, including their recent victory over the Dolphins. This win has put the team in a prime position for the playoffs with three games left to play and a three game lead in the AFC East. The Bills have shown remarkable resiliency this season and will be a formidable opponent in the playoffs.
